We collect personal information necessary to provide dental care: your name, contact details, Medicare and health fund details, medical and dental history, and clinical records including radiographs and photographs.

How we use your information

Your information is used to provide and coordinate your dental care, process claims and payments, send appointment reminders, and meet our legal and professional obligations.

Disclosure

We do not sell your information. We may disclose it to other health practitioners involved in your care (such as specialists you are referred to), to health funds and Medicare for claiming, and where required by law.
