Dr Thien Pham founded Compass Dental Care with one goal: to give Darwin a dental practice where people feel heard, respected, and genuinely looked after. Over ten years later, that is still what drives every appointment.

Because Dr Pham has advanced training in oral surgery, implant placement, and cosmetic dentistry, most treatments — including wisdom teeth removal and dental implants — happen right here in Parap, without the delay and cost of a hospital referral. It means fewer appointments, fewer strangers, and one team that knows your history from start to finish.

What to expect as a new patient

Your first visit is relaxed and unhurried: a friendly chat about your history and any concerns, a thorough examination, X-rays only if they are needed, a gentle clean, and a clear written plan with itemised costs. Nothing proceeds without your say-so — and if it has been years since your last visit, you will get a warm welcome, never a lecture.
